Reducing stress

Let’s face it; many of us tend to lead very stressful lives. This stress is often job-related or simply a result of a hectic lifestyle and/or family demands.

Stress is very unhealthy. It can lead to a wide variety of problems, some of which can even be fatal. Heart attacks and strokes are two such serious examples.

There are many simple things you can do, in effort to reduce your everyday stress. Some of these things may so obvious that they have been overlooked. By making these small chances, today, you will be well on your way to a more relaxed you.

Make copies of all of your keys and keep them with you. In the event that you loose your original house or car key, you will always have a spare readily available. This will totally eliminate the stress that you normally feel, while waiting for someone to come to your rescue.

Say no to extra projects. We all want to help others, whenever we can. But, many times the additional responsibilities involved can cause a great deal of unnecessary stress. Simply explain that although you would love to help it would be impossible, because of your schedule.
